What happened

*The bike was stolen from the bike rack in the parking garage at Swedish Covenant Hospital.
*I made a few changes to the bike since taking this picture, but, essentially, this is the way the bike looks. The changes include: A rear "Tubus" brand rack & red "backpack style" pannier on the back.
*Although difficult to see in this picture, the bike has a somewhat unique "front rack" on it, a "CETMA 5 rail" rack. In this picture, the wicker basket is sitting on the rack. The thief has probably easily removed the large front wicker basket by now.
*The CETMA rack has left a few paint chip scars on the right and left sides of the top tube which should, forever, be an identifying marker of my bike.
*The front rack, front tire and seat post have a unique locking system, a "Pitlock" system, on them which will make either difficult to remove without the unique bolt "key" which is in my possession, i.e. good luck raising and lower the seat, thief! ;)
*A report has been filed with the Chicago Police and Hospital security. FYI, Hospital security told me thefts have been occurring "a lot" from their bike racks. They are baffled how someone is doing this in the middle of the day *right next* to the lady sitting in the booth taking money in the parking garage.
*REWARD offered for anyone who has information on my bike's whereabouts and can recover my bike. :( I miss my bike.
