circa 1970's jeunet frame
What happened
locked my bike up to a metal fence behind my house cause my landlord's daughter's SUV was blocking the backgate. came back approx. an hour and half later to find the top railing of the fence had been popped off the supports and my bike & U-lock had been lifted off.
