Fuji Cross Comp

What happened

Bike was parked and locked in the CNA bike parking area at 7:30am and one my wya to lunch at 11:45 i noticed it wasn't there. I reported it to building security who was able to use cameras to see an individual ride in on a bike (wore a neon yellow vest, red/orange shirt, white baseball cap). This person was followed by someone on foot. The two looked around and began to work on the lock. The time was 11:01am. Once the bike lock was removed, the person on foot (white tee shirt and light brown pants) jumped on the bike and the two rode off.
