late 1980's Peugeot fixed gear conversion
What happened
I parked my bike inside a locked/gated parking area (alongside an alley) and went inside for 10 minutes to load up my bag. I came out to discover my bike had been stolen. Thief had to had to jump a locked 6'6" fence, toss bike back over fence and climb out. This occurred during a 10 minute window from 3:30 to 3:40 on Sunday afternoon.
