Cannondale R600 before they name them R600s

What happened

I have a locked inclosed back porch on the second level which I use as bike and fabric storage. Someone, my upstairs neighbor, left the door unlocked after I left my apartment around 10:45am. My boyfriend arrived home @ 1pm and noticed my helmet was sitting on the floor but my bike was gone. He called me asking why i was out biking without a helmet. When I told him that I wasn't on my bike we realized someone had taken my bike. This bike was my first ever road bike and my boyfriend and I put a lot into it. Please help me find my baby. If found I would definitely be willing to offer some sort of reward or compensation. Thank you.
